Imagine a retreat where the celestial blues of Angkor’s dawn merge with the silvery greens of rice paddies. Tonlé House is not just a hotel; it’s a tribute to Cambodia’s gentle resilience. Experience the grandeur of ancient temples through the delicate textures of silk, reclaimed timber, and the enchanting play of light through rattan.

Located near Angkor Wat, Tonlé House caters to discerning travelers in their 40s, emphasizing cultural heritage, celebrating local artisans, and featuring a light color palette with locally sourced materials.

Cultural Anchors: Immerse yourself in our design, which echoes the spirit of Angkor.

Sacred Hydrology: Our crushed-shell terrazzo, inspired by Angkor’s hydraulic genius, shimmers with blue glass fragments, while reclaimed timber from local fishing boats forms soft grey ceiling beams.

Spiritual Geometry: Experience open-air courtyards and floating walkways in harmony with mandala symmetry. Discover hidden devotion through monk-scribed Pali sutras on translucent kapok paper, revealed at dawn’s light.

Tonlé House invites you to unwind in a space that honors cultural heritage and local artisans, wrapped in a soothing palette of nature.
