High end residential tower

As several potential scenario were shown to us during the initial briefing sessions we finally opt for a more urban approach idea that will grant further development.
Few key aspects were then considered to be the focal element for our concept development. The public podium facilities are the most opposite to the towers, the tower apartments are very private and non urban, while the amount of all apartments form a small city. The podium should give this urban/public experience with spaces of different spatial excitement, streets and squares etc. The potential of the formal design could be, that it reflects the underlying car-park grid and creates a spatial excitement from the collision of that one.
A few points were analyzed to enhance and drive the design of the proposal:
The scheme should prove its flexibility: programs should be able to shift around (e.g. future scenario: less club more commercial).
Emphasis on the section, integrating car-park level as well
Entrance and Circulation as a generator to where public starts and where it ends.
